In addition, Ron is an attorney who advises clients in tax law, business matters, estate planning, and legal issues. In his 40 years of practicing law, Ron has also been a registered agent with the NHL and CFL. In his time as an agent, Ron has represented clients in the sports of football, tennis, hockey, baseball, rodeo, and NASCAR, including the areas of performance contract negotiations, tax planning, and endorsement contractual matters.
Ron received his law degree from Duquesne University and a Master of Laws (LL.M) taxation degree from William & Mary law school. He also played college baseball at the University of Richmond.
Ron has served as an adjunct professor of law at Duquesne University’s School of Law, Seton Hill University, Robert Morris University, and other college institutions. He has also appeared on various panels and conferences regarding tax, estate planning and business law issues. In addition, Ron has appeared on ESPN radio and other media outlets, and was co-founder of the nationally acclaimed website Pro Football Talk.

Ronaldo Del Duca III received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Barton college in 2021. He then went on to receive a Master's of Business Administration from Virginia Wesleyan University in 2022. Ronaldo was a college baseball player for his entire 5 year college career.

Terrance oversees the training of all athletes for the Del Duca Management Group.
He is a former NFL 9-year veteran who entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent after finishing his career at East Carolina with the 3rd most receptions and 5th most receiving yards in ECU history. He was recently inducted into the East Carolina Hall of Fam

In addition, Copper is a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist. He also attended 2022 official NFL/NCAA Coaching academy located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Presently, Terrance is the owner of The Premier Sports Academy, a training facility located in Winterville, NC that is available to Del Duca Management Group clients both for pre-draft and offseason training.
